Stunning views to Lion Mountain, golf courses and the sea, private pool, ample terraces and patio areas, ideal for outside dining. There is also a golf practice net, putting green, pool table and ping pong table. The villa is ideal for clients wanting to be able to walk to all the amenities.
Please note that building work is in progress at the villa on the left hand side of this property which is due to last until June 2026. We cannot predict the level of disruption but if you are still interested in booking during this period please contact us and will be happy to offer you a discount off your holiday price, if you do proceed to book this villa, you acknowledge this possibility. Should any building work prove disruptive, no refunds will be issued as you were informed in advance.

The main villa offers 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. There is an inter-connecting annex which offers a further bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. The villa layout provides two kitchens and two lounges making it ideal for all parties, either adults travelling with children or groups. For those needing to work the villa has its own office with desk and printer. The villa offers access from the garden to the Championship South course.

Booking
Casa Rosa can be booked for a minimum of 4 nights in low and mid season. In high season, properties are booked for multiples of 7 nights, starting on a Saturday. All properties have complementary air conditioning, WIFI, beach towels and a superior welcome pack.

Availability and Booking
You can now check availability and book your property online, paying a deposit of only 20% if your stay is more than 60 days away. For bookings sooner than 60 days away, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note there is a 1.5% bank charge for online payments made by credit or debit card.
