Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two on the upper level. One of the ground floor bedrooms also benefits from direct access to a private patio at the rear of the villa – ideal for morning coffee or quiet evening relaxation.
Open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light thanks to expansive floor-to-ceiling patio door, step outside onto the large terrace and soak up the spectacular views across the Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea, framed by the surrounding mountains, including the majestic Lion Mountain. This outdoor area is perfect for al fresco dining, sunbathing, or simply enjoying a chilled glass of wine as the sun sets.
The solarium on the upper level offers even more breathtaking vistas, making it a favourite spot for peaceful sunrises or stargazing under the clear night sky.
The community offers an excellent 25-metre swimming pool, separate childrens pool and play area. Seasonal bar/café. Bellaluz Pueblo also has restaurants, cafes and boutiques.

Booking
Clavel can be booked for a minimum of 4 nights in low and mid season and in multiples of 7 nights, starting on a Saturday in high season.

All properties have complementary air conditioning, WIFI, beach towels and a welcome pack. Optional extras (cots with linen, high chairs, stairgates, z beds) can be reserved for multiples of 7 days once your booking has been confirmed.

Availability and Booking
You can now check availability and book your property online, paying a deposit of only 20% if your stay is more than 60 days away. For bookings sooner than 60 days away, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note, a 1.5% charge is added to online payments.
