The villa has a modern open plan kitchen with a central island, fully-equipped with the highest quality appliances, as well as a living room and dining area surrounded by floor-to-ceiling patio doors. The villa is distributed over two levels and offers guests three light, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all of which feature en-suite bathrooms. The private pool, at the back of the property, can be accessed from the ground floor twin bedroom or kitchen. On the upstairs level guests can find the master bedroom, bar and relaxing lounge space as well as the solarium which overlooks Lion mountain and both the Mar Menor and Mediterranean sea in the distance.
The community offers an excellent 25-metre swimming pool, separate childrens pool and play area. Seasonal bar/café. Bellaluz Pueblo also has restaurants, cafes and boutiques.

Booking
Sevilla can be booked for a minimum of 4 nights in low and mid season and in multiples of 7 nights, starting on a Saturday in high season.
